Primary Responsibilities at Job
- Processing delegate registrations and invoices accurately to ensure contractual correctness.
- Providing sales support to the commercial team by following up with delegates for correct or missing information.
- Utilizing internal systems such as Salesforce and ESOP daily to maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborating with the Commercial team and Informa Finance to identify unpaid invoices post-event.
- Acting as an intermediary between Commercial, Finance, and Credit Control to resolve outstanding debts.
- Ensuring timely completion of invoicing, with monthly reporting on outstanding revenue and proposing solutions for any backlog.
- Working closely with credit control, Informa credit analysts, and the wider Informa finance team to address issues related to invoices, aged debt, and customer amendments.
- Conducting ad hoc data and trend analysis on historical delegate figures and event performance for various departments, including Marketing, Finance, H&PM, and the Commercial team.
- Attending live events to assist in event production and manage registration delivery and onsite payments.
Skills and Experience for the Job
- Previous experience in a financial or data-driven administrative role.
- Proficiency in reporting, data manipulation, and understanding data trends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with direct experience in data-intensive roles.
- Competency and experience in CRM, database management, and analysis.
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with both existing and new customers and communities.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills with internal stakeholders and external partners, including colleagues based overseas.
