Assistant Private Secretary (BPS-16)

  • Domicile/Quota: Punjab = 2
  • Qualification & Experience: Graduate with shorthand/typing speeds of 100/50 w.p.m. respectively. Preferably 3 years of experience as a Stenotypist. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years (2 posts)

HEC Accountant (BPS-16)

  • Domicile/Quota: Balochistan = 1
  • Qualification & Experience: COM/BBA from a recognized university with 3 years of relevant experience in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 35 years (1 post)

Assistant Quantity Surveyor (BPS-16)

  • Domicile/Quota: Punjab = 1
  • Qualification & Experience: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) Civil with specialization in Quantity Surveying and 5 years of experience in project estimation using Pak PWD schedule of rates, preparation of tender documents, cost assessments, etc.
  • Age Limit: 25 to 40 years (1 post)

Assistant (BPS-15)

  • Domicile/Quota: Merit = 1, Punjab = 3, Sindh (U) = 1, KPK = 1, Balochistan = 1
  • Qualification & Experience: Graduate (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC recognized university/institute with 2 years of experience in public/private sector organizations of good repute. Compulsory 6 weeks basic IT training course from NITB (including MS Office) after recruitment.
  • Age Limit: 20 to 35 years (7 posts)

Electrical Supervisor (BPS-15)

  • Domicile/Quota: Punjab = 1
  • Qualification & Experience: Matric with a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineer in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Age Limit: 20 to 35 years (1 post)

Transport Supervisor (BPS-14)

  • Domicile/Quota: Merit = 1
  • Qualification & Experience: Matric with 15 years of experience as a Driver in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body, including 8 years with executive/senior officers. Must be well-versed in the Pakistan Highway Code and possess a Heavy Duty License. Preference for PSV license holders.
  • Age Limit: 30 to 45 years (1 post)

Kitchen Supervisor (BPS-12)

  • Domicile/Quota: Merit = 1
  • Qualification & Experience: Intermediate with 5 years of relevant experience in managing kitchens in well-known large guest houses or hotels.
  • Age Limit: 25 to 40 years (1 post)

HEC Staff Car Driver (BPS-12)

  • Domicile/Quota: Merit = 2
  • Qualification & Experience: Having achieved a middle pass qualification, I have accumulated 12 years of invaluable experience as a Driver in various Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies. Notably, five of those years were dedicated to serving executive/senior officers. Furthermore, it is imperative to note that I hold a Heavy Duty License, enhancing my proficiency in this role.

Lower Division Clerk (BPS-11)

  • Domicile/Quota: Punjab = 1, Balochistan = 1
  • Qualification & Experience: Matric with a minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m. Compulsory 3 weeks basic IT training course from NITB (including MS Office) after recruitment.

  • Qualification & Experience: With a Matric qualification complemented by a 6-month Plumber Certification Course from a recognized institution, as well as 5 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of plumbing installations in office and commercial buildings, I bring a comprehensive skill set and practical expertise to the field.

  • Domicile/Quota: Local Peshawar = 1, Local Lahore = 1, Local Quetta = 1, ICT = 1 (4 posts)
  • Qualification & Experience: Middle pass with at least 5 years of experience. Must possess a Heavy Duty License.

  • Qualification & Experience:Having matriculation with a 1-year Diploma in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVACR) from a recognized institution, coupled with 4 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment in office/commercial buildings, qualifies the candidate for this position.

Electrician (BPS-05)

  • Qualification & Experience: Having completed matriculation, I pursued a 6-month Electrical Wiring Technician Certification Course from a recognized institution. Additionally, I have accumulated 3 years of hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical wiring and circuits in office/commercial buildings.
