- Conduct teller banking transactions proficiently, adhering to Popular’s guidelines and legal regulations.
- Accurately process payments and receipts for various products and services, following established protocols courteously.
- Personalize service by addressing clients by name during transactions.
- Maintain a secure and adequate cash level in the teller area, adhering to policies and security measures.
- Regularly replenish and reconcile cash drawers, ATMs, and vaults as needed.
- Assist in handling night depository bags, currency processing, and ATM settlements when required.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies and regulations to ensure successful branch assessments and audits.
Sales
- Firstly, collaborate with branch managers and supervisors to meet or exceed individual objectives. Next, establish strong, trust-based client relationships through attentive listening and understanding their financial priorities, effectively recommending tailored products/services. Additionally, support marketing initiatives and product launches, adapting sales strategies and utilizing branch technology to drive success.
- Educate clients on self-service options and encourage utilization of digital banking channels (e.g., smart ATMs, online/mobile banking, People Pay), promoting convenience and accessibility.
- Engage with the management team to remain informed about new bank initiatives and developments.
